Residence from the early 18th century

Jasmine Cottage B&B is an integral part of an early 18th century residence surrounded by greenery. The modern furnishings combine with the charm of the ancient. Exposed stone walls, wooden beams and parquet, all immersed in the landscape of Luni's hills and Apuan Alps wich are famous for the production of a white wine called Vermentino .
Our rooms
Wisteria room
Here is one of our double rooms in which modern furnishings blend with the ancient architecture of this farmhouse with bricks, original stones and exposed beams. It overlooks the large entrance courtyard and the hill of the Borgo Antico di Nicola. The room is equipped with a private bathroom, satellite TV, wifi, bathroom amenities, towels, and a French bed.
Camellia room
The Camelia room is another of our double, queen size rooms. It offers a bright environment, overlooking the hill of the Borgo Antico di Nicola. Here too the furnishings mix a play between modern and ancient architecture, with original stones and exposed beams. The room is equipped with a private bathroom, satellite TV, wifi, bathroom amenities, towels, and a French bed.

Our master bedroom. A Suite where you can find refined details. The view of the surrounding hills guarantee an enveloping sensation of harmony and relaxation. The large room is equipped with a private bathroom with fine finishes, bathtub and shower, very large walk-in closet, satellite TV, wifi, bathroom amenities, towels. Double bed with the possibility of an additional bed and cots for children.
